Website Manager
We’re looking for a skilled, reliable part-time web manager to help us maintain, optimise, and develop our WordPress website.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Maintenance: Regular updates to content, pages, blogs, and itineraries
- Performance Monitoring: Optimise site speed and overall performance (desktop and mobile)
- Software Updates: Keep WordPress core, plugins, themes (Enfold), and other tools up-to-date
- Security & Backups: Implement and maintain robust security measures and regular backups
- Search Engine Optimisation: Ensure on-page SEO best practices are followed across the site
- Image/Media Optimisation: Prepare and upload web-friendly, high-quality photos and videos
Skills & Experience Required
- Native Vietnamese or English speakers accepted
- 2+ years’ experience with WordPress: building sites from scratch, templating, blog/post creation
- Solid understanding of the principles of good web design and UX
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and tools (preferable AIOSEO or Yoast)
- Proficiency in image editing and compression tools (Photoshop, TinyPNG, etc)
- Strong familiarity with WordPress themes and plugins (especially Enfold)
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
- Attention to detail, proactive problem solver, and able to work independently
Bonus Points
- Interest in cycling, travel, or adventure tourism
- Previous experience working with tourism or e-commerce websites
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and backup/security plugins
