EXCELLENT Based on 255 reviews Posted on Tripadvisor Ricky GVerified Mr Biker Saigon absolutely nail e-bike tours of Ha Giang. Unbelievable scenery, diverse accommodation, coordinated and professional crew with total support. Unbelievable passion and commitment from staff which promoted great harmony amongst the tour party. The enthusiasm and energy was contagious.Posted on Tripadvisor PamVerified Interesting, Informative and Diverse E-bike tour We have just completed an Ebike tour from Siagon to Hue with Mr Biker Saigon. It was faultless, the daily rides were very interesting and diverse. The accommodation was excellent and the towns we stayed in had something different to offer each night. Our tour guides An & Gin, together with the mechanic and drivers were amazing, we wanted for nothing and they were so obliging. We felt like we were one big family! At the end of each day, the crew had a cold beer or coconut waiting for us when we arrived in. We have done several other bikes in Vietnam, and we rate this as our best.Posted on Tripadvisor BartonWilliamsVerified Ha Giang Loop Excellence! Words do not express the grandness of this tour! Not only does Mr. Biker Saigon provide amazing equipment, guidance and cultural education, they tailor the ride with just the right amount of effort, humour and local knowledge.Posted on Tripadvisor Russell HVerified Magical ride in the Highlands of Vietnam E-bike cycling Northern Vietnam to and from Hanoi Our guide was An Nguyen. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and committed. Both the accommodation and food were excellent. We received local and cultural information every day with examples and experiences. It was fascinating to learn about Vietnam’s northernmost point and deepest gorge in Southeast Asia. The interaction between different ethnic groups and guides was very professional and we were able to communicate with the local people even with the different ethnic cultures. All the equipment was great and the organisation, guide/medical staff was superb. The value for money was exceptional and supporting local businesses like home stays happened a lot and was important. The thoughtful itinerary was well-chosen, featuring a mix of transport and riding on back roads and tracks away from main roads. This resulted in maximum exposure to small villages. As a result, we avoided motorcycles groups and this made our trip truly unique. Aspira Cruises for our trip to Ha Long Bay was first-class. The ship was clean and the staff was great. Overall this trip is best for experienced riders with good fitness. I would highly recommend so that others can enjoy.Posted on Tripadvisor Sonia JVerified Wonderful experience from start to finish! I chose to book with Mr Biker Saigon as they offered a tour more suited to me and my husband, a tour that simply delivered a cycling experience without the visits to local businesses or gift shops. It was perfect! From the outset communication with the company was first class. On the lead up to the tour I received a really detailed email with what to wear/bring for the homestay/and tour info. It was my birthday and the company went over and above to help and treat me! Our guides arrived promptly gor day 1 and picked us up from our hotel. One drove the support vehicle each day and the other cycled the route with us. They were both excellent! The bikes themselves were fabulous. Very nice and because Mr Biker Saigon had requested our height beforehand, the frames fitted us perfectly. Everything was truly top notch and professional. My husband and I are fairly fit and active and we cycled 50km on day 1. The route was predominantly flat and fairly scenic. Lunch was gorgeous and we had plenty of water stops with fresh fruit and cake! We finished day 1 at around 3pm with a private boat ride to the homestay. We stayed in Ben Tre in the most lovely place! It honestly was more than I imagined. I was invited to help cook with the ladies who own it which was so nice…..it was like an added cooking class! The meal was delicious and everyone so friendly. I even received a birthday cake and gift! It was a very special memory. The room at the homestay was very comfortable with a good bed, AC and a powerful shower. Breakfast was delicious. Day 2 was another 50km and was a very pretty route. Again, we had plenty of water stops and the day ended at a fabulous seafood restaurant right on the water. This trip was a highlight of our holiday in Vietnam. Mr Biker Saigon are a fabulous company and I highly recommend booking with them. You will be in safe hands. Their bikes and support vehicles are top quality and you even get some free gifts - bag/water bottle/tshirt. We did the compact Mekong tour and I saw varied scenery, caught local ferries with the bicycles which was fun and stopped whenever we liked to chat to locals or take photos. We had a great time!! Thankyou Mr Biker Saigon. Thankyou to Ken and Din for looking after us so well.Posted on Tripadvisor robynh255Verified Unforgettable cycling and food tour Saigon to Hue with Mr Biker Mr Biker and our crew of An, Hau and Vu provided us an unforgettable Vietnam experience from the cycling, scenery, accommodation, guiding and food to the exceptional fun and laughs along the way. We got to see the real Vietnam cycling through city laneways, country roads, rice paddy fields, over mountain passes and along coastal routes all supported by exceptional guides and crew. Our tour was like a cycling and food tour rolled into one… every day was different scenery and new and amazing foods to try with excellent local knowledge. We will be back and highly recommend this tour to others. Thank youPosted on Tripadvisor Tim GVerified Northern Vietnam Cycling: Mai Chau To Pu Luong - Family Trip We had a fantastic experience on this guided cycling tour and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. The team were really friendly and incredibly well organised, which made the whole trip feel relaxed and well looked after from start to finish. The riding took us through beautiful, scenic landscapes in the hills west and south‑west of Hanoi – a stunning part of the country to see by bike. The itinerary was a 4‑day, 5‑night trip, with around 3.5 days of riding. On the full days we rode about 55 km, although the distances were sensibly shortened due to the heat and humidity during our week. The support was excellent, especially for our family group. The accommodating team were great with our younger riders, happily helping them up the longer climbs and keeping spirits high. There were plenty of snacks along the way, amazing food, and great accommodation throughout the trip (with pools). A special mention must go to the best ice‑cold, refreshing lime juice we’ve ever had – absolute heaven during the hot ride! The duration was perfect for us. We’re regular riders, but usually on flatter and cooler terrain back home, and this felt challenging (mainly due to the heat). For more casual riders, maybe an e-bike is a good option to deal with the climbs. A brilliant balance of cycling, scenery, culture, and comfort – we’d do it again in a heartbeat.Posted on Tripadvisor Noeline BVerified Fabulous way to explore the sights, scenery, culture and people of the Mekong Delta supported by a great tour guide team Mekong Delta Bike ExperiencePosted on Tripadvisor GlennVerified Fabulous Mekong Cycling Experience Wonderful guide Thuan took us through rice fields, coconut farms, back roads and paths criss-crossing scenic country side on excellent Giant e-bikes. Highly recommend!Posted on Tripadvisor Fiona RVerified Mekong Delta cycling Fantastic experience. Our guide, Thuan, and driver were fabulous. The e-bikes were great excellent quality. Would never have found the paths, turns, ferry crossings on our own. Thuan gave us insight into how Vietnamese grow and harvest many crops. The scenery-coconut trees, rice fields, pagodas, markets and meeting (and waving) to locals was fabulous. Our driver was there with water, fruit and snacks along our routes. Xin chào!
Welcome to your Saigon to Hue cycling adventure!
On your first day in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), you will meet the Mr. Biker team of guides, mechanics, and drivers who will support you throughout your exciting journey.
A bike fitting is scheduled at the Mr Biker Saigon Garage (Number 16 Street 8B, Trung Sơn Residence Area, Binh Hung District, Ho Chi Minh City) followed by an early casual dinner before we take you back to your hotel for a good night’s rest ahead of tomorrow’s early ride.
Rest well — tomorrow, the real adventure begins.
Cycling Distance: 60km/ 38mi
Elevation Gain: 750m/ 2400ft

Accommodation: Sandals Vista Hotel or similar
Kick off your Vietnam cycling tour with an early morning departure! We will leave the hotel by 6:00 AM, enjoying a leisurely breakfast along the way as we leave busy Ho Chi Minh City behind and journey toward the highlands and mountains.
Later in the morning, we hop on our bikes and officially start the scenic cycling route in Định Quán District, an area framed by banana groves, mango orchards, and climbing black pepper vines. Smiles from local farmers and curious kids are constant companions along the road. Cycling toward Tà Lài Village and the edge of Nam Cát Tiên Forest, we pass through land traditionally inhabited by the Chơ Ro and Mạ ethnic groups. The ride offers a mix of flat roads and gradual climbs, concluding with a well-earned lunch at a local restaurant by the riverbank.
In the afternoon, we enjoy about one hour of easy pedaling to wrap up the ride before transferring to Bảo Lộc, a highland town known for its tea plantations and cooler temperatures. Tonight, we will host our official Welcome Dinner, a perfect opportunity to get to know more of your fellow riders and your dedicated cycling support team.

Today’s ride carries you deeper into the Central Highlands, heading toward Đà Lạt, famous for its cool climate and layered mountain scenery. Expect challenging climbs rewarded by sweeping views of coffee farms, tea hills, and forested valleys.
Di Linh District — where today’s cycling begins — is often nicknamed the Kingdom of Robusta. Coffee trees stretch across the hillsides, and we’ll pause along the way to see how coffee cherries grow before transforming into the beans that fuel the world’s morning rituals.
Lunch is simple and local, enjoyed at a roadside restaurant along the route. Afterward, we roll the pedals uphill again, climbing through lush tea plantations where the air turns cooler and the views wider.
In the afternoon, we transfer to Đà Lạt and settle in for the night.
Đà Lạt is a favorite weekend escape for Vietnamese travelers seeking fresh air and a slower pace. After dinner, a relaxed walk around the central market is a great way to experience the city’s evening energy — colorful, lively, and unmistakably local.

In the morning, we drive out of Nha Trang toward Vạn Giã fishing village, where local life starts early. You’ll see fishermen and traders busy with their morning routines – buying and selling seafood right at small street-side market. From here, we begin cycling through coastal villages, a perfect chance to exchange countless “Xin Chào” with locals. Kids on their way to and from primary and secondary school often ride two wheels just like us, filling the road with energy and smiles.
Before lunch, we tackle a 7 km climb averaging around 5% — the legendary Đèo Cả Pass, where mountains meet the ocean. On a sunny day, the views are spectacular: deep blue water, clusters of blue fishing boats resting in the bay, and dramatic coastal cliffs. After the pass, enjoy a long descent into Vũng Rô Bay, home to hundreds of thousands of lobsters living in underwater cages beneath the calm surface. Lunch is served at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, we face a few more short climbs along the coastline, rewarded with views toward Mũi Điện Lighthouse, Vietnam’s easternmost point on the mainland. From there, we continue cycling all the way to our hotel in Tuy Hòa – another beach city, quieter and more laid-back, where you can relax and enjoy ocean views straight from your room. Dinner tonight is on your own. That said, if you’d like to join Mr Biker’s crew for a very local meal, you’re more than welcome — the table is always open.

The road climbs gradually up to 480 meters with many switchbacks and offers stunning views of the countryside overlooking the East Sea. The view from atop Hai Van pass is often said to be one of the most beautiful vistas in Vietnam. This tough climb is followed by a long smooth descent to your reward: lunch.

This journey covers a long and diverse route through some of Vietnam’s most rewarding landscapes, with varied terrain, changing weather conditions, and a unique blend of countryside, mountains, coastline, and cultural experiences.
We include an e-bike as standard because it gives riders extra confidence and allows more people to fully enjoy the journey, especially those who may be newer to multi-day cycling or traveling with a partner who rides less frequently.
The added support makes this tour more accessible without taking away the adventure. For riders seeking a greater physical challenge, you can swap to one of our gravel bikes free of charge.
The best time to join this journey is generally from late November through the end of April, when much of southern and central Vietnam offers the most comfortable riding conditions.
During this period, riders can typically expect:
- More moderate temperatures
- Lower humidity
- Drier road conditions
- Clearer coastal and mountain scenery
May through August can still offer dry conditions across parts of the route, but temperatures are often significantly hotter, especially during longer riding days.
Later half September and October are generally less ideal due to monsoon season in central Vietnam, when heavier rainfall can affect riding conditions.
For the most enjoyable overall experience, we usually recommend departures between December and April.
The tour includes carefully selected accommodations that offer comfort and convenience after each day’s ride.
Guests can expect a mix of quality hotels and locally selected stays that reflect the character of each destination. Daily breakfasts are included, and riders also enjoy opportunities to experience Vietnam’s diverse regional cuisine throughout the journey.
This route is designed not only as a cycling adventure, but also as a cultural journey through some of Vietnam’s most unique landscapes and culinary regions.
This tour builds on our popular Saigon to Hoi An route and continues through what we believe is one of the most scenic sections of central Vietnam.
The extra days from Hoi An to Hue feature spectacular coastal riding, quieter backroads, and some of the most memorable landscapes of the entire journey.
The final riding day in Hue also adds a rich cultural dimension, with visits to Vietnam’s ancient imperial citadels and historic landmarks, offering deeper insight into the country’s royal heritage.
For riders looking for the most complete south-to-central Vietnam cycling experience, the extension to Hue adds both exceptional scenery and meaningful cultural discovery.
Absolutely.
Our support vehicle is there for any rider who needs a break at any point during the tour, whether due to fatigue, weather conditions, or simply wanting to rest before the next section.
There is no pressure to complete every kilometer on the bike. The goal of this journey is to fully enjoy Vietnam Central Coast’s spectacular landscapes and cultural experiences at your own pace.
Knowing that support is always available gives many riders the confidence to take on this adventure, especially on longer mountain climbs or more demanding riding days.
