After breakfast at the hotel, we leave Saigon at 7:30 am with a van transfer to a local cafe where riders can enjoy a quick coffee break and set up their bikes.

Our journey begins on tranquil, paved country lanes draped in the cooling shade of ancient coconut groves. Traverse the intricate tapestry of Mekong village backroads, where the landscape unfolds in a vibrant mosaic of emerald rice paddies, exotic dragon fruit orchards, and fragrant flower farms.
Refinement Note: Our private, climate-controlled shuttle remains at your disposal should you wish to transition from the saddle to the sanctuary of the van at any moment.

After a local lunch, we arrived at a traditional Mekong homestay.

Under the tutelage of your gracious host, master the alchemy of Mekong specialties, from the delicate crunch of Banh Xeo to the complex harmonies of traditional fish soup. Awaken to the serenity of the Mekong before cycling through the region’s premier coconut estates. The lush, verdant canopy provides a natural cathedral as we cross charming canal bridges. Witness the artistry of local craftsmanship at a traditional workshop, where every element of the coconut is transformed with ancestral skill.

Enjoy a hearty local lunch before a 1-hour comfortable AC transfer to Can Tho.

Dinner is open this evening! Your guides will provide excellent recommendations, giving you the freedom to explore Can Tho’s famous vibrant night markets and rooftop restaurants at your own pace.

After breakfast at the hotel, we take to the water! We will explore the famous
Cai Rang floating market by boat, weaving through the vibrant canal system.

Following a local lunch, we transfer to Can Tho airport for your included domestic flight to Da Nang. 

Upon arrival, you will be whisked away to the enchanting, lantern-lit town of Hoi An. Check into your beautiful resort and enjoy a Group Dinner in the Ancient Town to celebrate your arrival in Central Vietnam.

After breakfast at the resort, today is your designated “Down Day.” If you want to rest, you can skip the bikes entirely! Lounge by the resort pool, head to the beach, or wander the historic Ancient Town at your own pace.
For those wanting a light activity, we offer a short, leisurely pedal to the verdant Tra Que herb gardens. 

Popup Workshop: 

Engage with the local farmers, learn traditional techniques, and enjoy hands-on community cooking for lunch using the fragrant herbs grown right in the village.

Prepare for the definitive ascent of our expedition. After a brief transfer,
we hug the dramatic coastline before conquering the legendary Hai Van Pass.
Ascend through the “Ocean Clouds” via majestic switchbacks offering breathtaking panoramas of the East Sea, followed by an exhilarating descent toward a sumptuous seafood luncheon by the shore.

In the afternoon, we transfer to Hue, the ancient capital of the Nguyen Dynasty.

Community Cooking
In the evening, retreat to a hidden garden for a unique Zen vegetarian cooking demonstration. Meet local artisans, marvel at their fruit/vegetable carving skills, and indulge in a delectable, healthy feast.

Journey to a secluded estate for an exclusive farm-to-table experience. Engage in an organic culinary workshop that unveils the refined elegance and intricate spice profiles that defined the legendary royal cuisine of the Nguyen Dynasty.

The afternoon is yours to discover more of this lovely city. 

To cap off our adventure, we have a farewell dinner in Hue to say goodbye to the team and our new friends.

When you are ready, we will provide your included airport transfer to Phu Bai Airport (HUI) for your connecting flights home.
